Apple has announced its financial results for fiscal Q4 (calendar Q3) after the markets close on Wednesday. The company posted $1.14 billion profit on revenue of $7.9 billion. Furthermore, during the conference call, the company's CEO, Steve Jobs hinted at possible acquisitions and entrance into the netbook market.
